Connie is a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in and outpatient settings. Her Passion is in Patient wellness through preventative care and management of chronic co morbidity health conditions. She utilizes multi-facetted resources to collaborate with her patients in providing them with qualitative, compassionate, holistic care to actualize optimal health.
Connie obtained her Master Degree from the acclaimed University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioner and the North Harris Mongomery Advanced Practice Nurse Society.
Connie has experience providing care in a wide variety of roles and settings including but not limited to family medicine, urgent care, wound care, long-term care, women’s health and primary care. Her patients always compliment her diligence, knowledge, commitment and dedication towards their wellness.

Kendel Dolen is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and an active member of both national organizations. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in both University of Texas Arlington for her Masters and University of St Thomas for her Bachelor’s in Nursing. She attended University of Texas, Austin for her Bachelor of Arts degree.
Kendel brings a comprehensive and integrative clinical background, blending traditional primary care with holistic and functional medicine principles. She has extensive experience in meeting patients where they are—whether focused on prevention or managing chronic conditions or general wellness. With over a decade of experience as a sports nutritionist and in exercise programming, she utilizes knowledge of each patient’s unique history, habits, personality to achieve health optimization goals. Kendel has competed as a bodybuilder.
She is certified through the prestigious World Link Medical program in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and specializes in treating both men and women experiencing andropause, perimenopause, post menopause, and sexual dysfunction.
She is deeply passionate about personalized proactive partnership with her patients during the most vulnerable decades of life, with a strong focus on preventing the “four horsemen” of chronic disease: cardiovascular disease, cancer, metabolic disease, and dementia. Her approach emphasizes evidence-based lifestyle medicine, including nutrition, exercise, sleep optimization, stress management, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
